Trauma-informed bodywork is good for people who feel their physical aches, pains and body tensions are caused by stress or trauma. We utilize an approach that change the signals to the protective bracing patterns of the  body's tissues. And with gentle, coaxing  contact,  we help the physical body increases its levels of ease & relaxation, allowing flow & effervescent vitality as our new baseline.

This work can be a complimentary adjunct for individuals undergoing mental health therapy who also want support at the somatic level while they go through their process with their appropriate mental health provider. This work however, is not a substitute for mental health therapy, and is not utilized to treat mental health issues.
